Wittmer and Montour to team for MMG in IMSA Challenge

Montreal Motorsport Group will return to the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge for the 2025 season running one Honda Civic Type R FL5 for Karl Wittmer and Louis Philippe Montour extending collaboration with Honda and JAS Motorsport.

“The team has proven over the 2024 campaign that they can run up-front and truly be a championship contender. I can’t wait to start the season and finish what I had started last year. For me, competing in IMSA with Karl Wittmer as a co-driver and for MMG is gold. Let’s go racing!” stated Montour.

“I’m more than excited to be back with MMG and Honda! We’ve generated tons of momentum with strong results last year and our driver lineup fits our goals to win perfectly heading into 2025. Daytona can’t come soon enough!” said Wittmer.

The duo will be joined by Daijiro Yoshihara for the 4-hour endurance races at Daytona International Speedway in January and Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in June. Yoshihara co-drove with Wittmer in the last season and together they scored the team’s first win in the series at Virginia International Raceway.
