Waimarama Racing grabs the Super Taikyu TCR title

The #97 M&K Racing Honda Civic FL5 won the TCR class in the Super Taikyu season finale at Fuji Speedway, where Mitsuhiro Endo, Shinji Nakano, Jack Young and Kento Omiya shared driving duties.

They completed 15 laps to finish a respectable 15 overall, beating the #19 Birth Racing Project CUPRA Gen 1 of Takashi Kochiya, Takeshi Matsumoto-Suehiro, Jiei Okuzumi and Takahisa Ono by one minute.

The podium was completed by Genki Nishimura, Ryosuke Kagami, Takahiro Kimura and Shozo Tagahara in the #430 Team Show Apex Audi RS 3 LMS.

Behind them, ‘Kizuna’, Katsumasa Chiyo, Lee Jeong Woo and Ryusuke Masumoto were classified fourth in the #98 Waimarama Racing Hyundai Elantra N, a result that secured them the TCR title, five points ahead of the #97 M&K Honda.
