The newly-crowned TCR South America champion Pedro Cardoso has risen six places in this week’s Kumho TCR World Ranking and is now up to 13th, just one spot behind his series rival Juan Ángel Rosso.
The Brazilian is by far the best-placed driver from his country, with Rafael Suzuki the next-best placed in 25th.
2024 title contender Matías Rossi also had a strong weekend at Rosario, with the Argentine driver climbing nine spots to 24th in the order this week, while Leonel Pernía broke into the top 50, making a 13-place climb.
The winner of the final race of TCR Japan at Motegi, Masanobu Kato, made his way into the top 100, moving up seven positions to 99th place, while the 2024 champion Choi Jeong Weon is up to 193rd place, despite only having 11 ranked results of the 20 maximum.
