TCR Spain champion Enric Bordás to race at Interlagos

The reigning TCR Spain champion Enric Bordás will make a one-off appearance in the TCR South America-TCR Brasil joint endurance race at Interlagos on 13/14 April.

Bordas’ participation is part of the strategic alliance between the promoters of the Spanish and South American series that also includes the participation of Ignacio Montenegro, the 2023 TCR South America champion, in TCR Spain’s season opener at Jarama on 11/12 May.

At Interlagos, Bordás will share one of the Paladini Racing-run Toyota Corolla cars with one of the team’s regulars: Fabián Yannantuoni and Juan Ángel Rosso.

“The fact that the champions of both series are given the opportunity to race in another continent, adds value to the category. We are proud to offer this opportunity to Bordás and Montenegro,” said TCR Spain’s promoter Gabriel Alonso.
