TCR South America’s promoter has unveiled the venues that will receive the series during the 2025 season.
Rosario’s Autódromo Municipal Juan Manuel Fangio that hosted the last event in 2024 will open the championship as the first of the four events to be held in Argentina. The second stop will be in the Misiones province, although the circuit has not been chosen yet between Posadas’ Autódromo Rosamonte and the Ciudad de Oberá.
The Argentine leg will continue with events at San Juan Villicum and Termas de Río Hondo, before the championship will move to Uruguay, visiting again Mercedes and El Pinar.
The final part of the season will be composed of four events in Brazil that will also count for the TCR Brasil championship, at Belo Horizonte, Velocitta, Rio Grande do Sul and Interlagos.
Federico Punteri, president of TCR South America said: “We have put together a bunch of top-level circuits, which is always our priority. This year we will share the bill with the Fiat Competizione in Argentina, Súper Turismo in Uruguay and Stock Car Pro Series in Brazil with the aim of further raising the profile of the championship. We will be visiting some new tracks and can’t wait to race in Posadas and especially in Belo Horizonte that is going to be one of the most important events in the history of TCR South America.”
