Silva and Fernández to drive for Paladini Racing in El Pinar

TCR South America’s next event in El Pinar’s Autódromo Victor Borrat Fabini will mark the return of the two Toyota Corolla cars run by Paladini Racing that will be driven by Carlos Silva and Tomás Fernández.
Uruguayan driver Silva will also make his return to the championship after a one-off appearance last year with the same car and in the same event, when he was classified ninth in El Pinar’s race 1.
The event in Uruguay will see the Argentine youngster Fernández making his Touring Car debut after a few seasons in single-seater categories. The driver from the Santa Fe province snatched the 2022 title in the regional Formula 3 before moving to the Fórmula Nacional championship.
