Saunders to make TCR UK debut in a CUPRA Leon Competición

Gregory Saunders is the latest new driver announced for the 2025 TCR UK season, where he will make his debut with Capture Motorsport.

Coming from a two-wheel background where he began his motorsport career in Supercross and Enduro, Saunders moved on to race in the Ford Focus Cup in 2022, where he took his first race win. He will be driving a CUPRA Leon Competición in TCR UK this season.

“I’m really eager to get my TCR UK season underway and excited to be moving up to the championship. Having driven the older CUPRA in Endurance events, the chance to race in TCR UK with the Gen2 Leon was one I couldn’t pass up,” he said. “I’ve done some testing in the older CUPRA however I’ll be getting some seat time in soon with the new car and I can’t wait to learn more about it. I love the excitement of TCR UK and I can’t wait to be on the grid, however I know that each weekend will be a new learning experience.”
