Genaro Rasetto is the second driver who announced his full season participation in the 2025 TCR South America.
Rasetto – 26-year-old from Santa Fe – will drive a Peugeot 308 for PMO Racing, the team that has clinched the 2024 TCR South America and TCR Brasil titles with Pedro Cardoso.
The Argentine driver has first raced in Fórmula 1400 before moving up to Fórmula Renault Plus and Fórmula Metropolitana until he took part in the TC Mouras series at the wheel of Chevrolet and Dodge cars.
“I’m delighted to join TCR South America in 2025, and with the champion team. It will be an apprenticeship year for me, as I have no experience with this kind of cars. However, I’m confident that together with the team we’ll do our best to speed up my adaptation and be as much competitive as possible,” Rasetto said.
