Pravdič makes TCR Eastern Europe comeback after three years

Slovenian driver Robert Pravdič returns to TCR Eastern Europe after three years and will compete for the AMD Slovenija Avto team driving a Hyundai Elantra N.

“I bought the Elantra from Janík Motorsport, it’s the car that was driven last year by Mat’o Homola to win the championship. My plan is to compete in the whole 2025 season,” explained Pravdič who previously raced an Audi RS 3 LMS. “It was already five years old. Competition in TCR Eastern Europe is very strong, and you need a newer car.”

Pravdič raced at Grobnik and the Slovakia Ring in 2022, making the top ten on both occasions; Grobnik is also where he has tested his new car for the first time.

“My goal for this season is to achieve the best possible results and enjoy racing at the age of 57,” concluded Pravdič.
