Pezzini to drive for W2 Pro GP in the 2025 TCR South America

2022 TCR South America champion Fabricio Pezzini will make a full-time return to the championship in 2025, when he will drive a CUPRA Leon for the W2 Pro GP team.

The Argentine driver, who clinched the 2022 title at the wheel of a Lynk & Co run by PRO Motorsport, has made occasional appearances during the two latest seasons. This year he took part in the opening event – the endurance race at Interlagos – sharing a Paladini Racing Toyota Corolla with Juan Manuel Bessone, before coming back at Rosario for the season finale joining W2 Pro GP regulars Raphael Reis and Galid Osman in the team’s third CUPRA car.

“I’m very happy to rejoin the championship with W2 Pro GP. In Rosario I was given the opportunity to be acquainted with the Leon Competición and then I also tested the Leon VZ after the race day. The CUPRA is a very competitive car and I’m sure it will put us in the position to fight for the top places next year,” said Pezzini.
