Mike Halder switches back to Honda for 2024 TCR Denmark

After two seasons in which he finished runner-up in TCR Denmark, Mike Halder will continue to race in the Danish series for Sweden-based TPR Motorsport. However, he will switch from the Audi RS 3 LMS he drove in 2023 to a Honda Civic Type R FL5.

“The Audi is still fast on many European racetracks, but the Honda is suits better to the shorter Danish tracks. I have good experience with the previous Honda model and the test with the new one was really good as it is maybe even faster,” Halder said.

Team manager Toni Persic is clear about the team’s ambitions: "We aim to win, and I believe we are on the right track now. We put Mike back in a Honda that seems to fit him very well. Now we are making preparations, and we are just waiting to receive the car so we can start testing properly.”
