Miguel Villacieros completes Teo Martín Motorsport’s line up

After announcing Alejandro Geppert as its first driver for the 2022 TCR Spain, Teo Martín Motorsport selected Miguel Villacieros to drive the team’s second Hyundai Elantra N car.

Villacieros revives the family’s tradition, following the steps of his father Juan Ignacio, better known as ‘Kuru’, who was crowned Spanish Touring Car champion in 1992 with a BMW M3 run by Teo Martín Motorsport.

Miguel’s previous motorsport experience are limited to a couple of seasons in the Cópa Hyundai Getz and the Spanish MINI Challenge.

“I’m so excited to step up to TCR Spain with such an experienced team and the support from Hyundai España. I’m confident that together we can aim for brilliant results,” said Villacieros.
