Michele Imberti returns to TCR Italy with his Hyundai Elantra

Michele Imberti will compete in TCR Italy once again, driving a Hyundai Elantra N run under the banner of Kombat Motorsport.

This will be his sixth consecutive season in the championship in which he has scored two race wins, one each in 2022 and 2023; his best results in the standings are two sixth places in 2023 and 2024.

“I have the ambition to fight for the title, but I know that it will be incredibly tough. Compared to other drivers who have the opportunity to test and develop the cars in the off season, racing is my hobby and therefore I haven’t been driven the car since the end of last year’s championship…” Imberti explained.
