Magnussen and Højris join TCR Denmark with DM Racing

Four-time Le Mans winner Jan Magnussen is back in TCR Denmark with a new team DM Racing, a new car Honda Civic FK7 and a new teammate Lars Højris.

“Jan is one of the best Danish racing drivers ever, and his experience with the Danish tracks and touring cars is impressive, and I'm going to benefit from that in a big way,” said Højris.

Due to the late start of the project, the start of the season at Padborg Park in a week and a half will be seen mostly as preparations for the rest of the season. Magnussen has other commitments and will therefore skip the opening event.

“I don't know if we will have time to get my car ready for Padborg Park, so there is an alternative solution in place. On the other hand, we will be fully prepared for the next race meeting at Jyllandsringen in May,” Højris explained.
