Jensen and Birch join Mascot Motorsport for TCR Denmark

After Racegroup had acquired the assets of GMB Motorsport, the team that dominated TCR Denmark in recent years, the company’s owners Christian Jensen and Ulrik Larsen announced the participation in the 2024 TCR Denmark under the name Mascot Motorsport.

The new team will run two new Honda Civic Type R FL5 cars for the same drivers who raced for GMB in 2022 and 2023: the four-time champion Kasper H. Jensen and the two-time U25 champion Gustav Birch.

“We are super proud to have two of the country's best racing drivers joining our new team. We think they are helping to give the project the green light,” said Christian Jensen.

“It is a pleasure to take part in this project. There are some strong forces behind the team that is formed by fantastic people who I know and I'm comfortable with. The ambitions are high, and we will certainly fight for the championship once again,” said Kasper H. Jensen.
