Hyundai Motor America is set to field seven Hyundai Elantra N cars in the TCR class of the 2025 IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge, in pursuit of a sixth-consecutive Manufacturers’ title.
The Korean brand will be represented by the multi-championship-winning Bryan Herta Autosport, Victor González Racing and Pegram Racing.
At BHA, last year’s runners-up Mason Filippi and Mark Wilkins have collectively earned 19 victories in the series and return as key drivers. Filippi with the 2023 champion Harry Gottsacker in the #98 and Wilkins with Bryson Morris in the #33. The pair of Denis Dupont and Preston Brown who were title contenders in 2024 return behind the wheel of the #76. In the #9 Elantra, the team welcomes Maddie Aust, known for her extensive SRO racing experience, and Brazil’s Suellio Almeida, the 2024 Radical North America Champion.
A fresh addition to the grid is the father-daughter duo of Larry and Riley Pegram. The pair will pilot the #72 Elantra N under the Pegram Racing banner. Larry Pegram, a seasoned competitor with an acclaimed career in motorcycle racing, brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the team. His daughter Riley is an emerging talent who made her TCR debut last year in the Kumho FIA TCR World Tour event at Mid-Ohio.
Victor González Racing will field two Elantra N cars with Tyler Gonzalez and Eric Powell in the #99 car and Lance Bergstein and Jon Miller in the #18 marking the team’s third season working with BHA.
