29 November 2023

At the end of the 2023 TCR Japan season, ‘Hirobon’ remains the best-placed Japanese driver in the KUMHO TCR World Ranking, after a double-podium finish on his series return last weekend at Sugo.

‘Hirobon’ holds on to 64th place in the ranking, while double-championship-winner Anna Inotsume had a good weekend at the finale and continues to climb up the order, now moving up seven spots to 74th position this weekend.

South Korean racer Choi Jeong Weon had a breakthrough weekend at the season finale, scoring his first win in the series for Hyundai, and has catapulted up 66 spots to 361st, a strong placing given he’s only taken part in six races in TCR competition.
