Crown Racing in TCR South America with Gabriel Lusquiños

Crown Racing announced they will join the TCR South America championship in 2022, running two Honda Civic Type R cars. The Brazilian team signed Gabriel Lusquiños as their first driver. 

Lusquiños, 28-year-old, was crowned champion of Cópa do Brasil de Formula Renault in 2015 before moving to touring car competition in the Campeonato Brasileño de Marcas and the Stock Light.

“I’m very excited with this new step in my racing career. This will be my first season in a front-wheel drive racing car and in an international category. Crown Racing is a very competent team that has won many Brazilian titles and so I’m really motivated to do my best to reach our goals,” said Lusquiños.
