Burcher in the Kumho FIA TCR World Tour with Ashley Seward Motorsport

TCR Australia squad Ashley Seward Motorsport announced its commitment to entering the Kumho FIA TCR World Tour event at The Bend.

One of the original teams from the inaugural TCR Australia season in 2019, ASM will introduce another young gun to TCR in the form of Cody Burcher who will drive the team’s race-winning Lynk & Co 03 TCR.

Although holding limited front-wheel-drive experience, Burcher – 2024 champion in the Supercars Super 3 series – is excited to take on a new challenge. “It's awesome to get the opportunity to join the TCR grid with the ASM team. For me it's completely new, the first time driving the Lynk & Co will be the Thursday before the event, so I’m not going in with too many expectations. My front-wheel-drive experience is limited, but I’m excited for the challenge ahead. It’s one of those opportunities you have to take, to have a field of drivers from the other side of the world to add to the depth of talent in Australia is great.”
