Casella continues in TCR South America with Squadra Martino

Uruguay’s Juan Manuel Casella will continue racing in TCR South America for the Argentina-based team Squadra Martino at the wheel of a Honda Civic Type R FL5.

A regular podium finisher in the series, Casella was a title contender in the first half of the past season, when he was eventually classified seventh in the drivers’ standings. “I’m very happy to be able to continue in TCR South America, because I can see it growing in terms of organisation, show and level of the competition. For the time being I’m practicing on the simulator, but we’ll start the track testing programme in the upcoming weeks. My first goal for 2024 is to claim my first victory in the series,” Casella stated.
