Camp and Bensley join TCR UK field for season finale

Ryan Bensley and Alistair Camp will join the TCR UK field for the season finale that

takes place this weekend on Silverstone Grand Prix circuit.

Camp, who took his maiden TCR UK victory last year at Donington Park on his second ever appearance in the series will join regulars Callum Newsham and Darron Lewis at JH Racing in the team’s third Hyundai i30 N car.

“We have enjoyed a good year in the Milltek Sport Civic Cup this year and I fancied bringing the Hyundai out of the garage for the season finale, to see how we fair against the TCR UK grid,” said Camp. “I’m looking forward to being back, to see if we can pick up where we left off last year.”

Bensley and team Motion Motorsport face their debut in the championship with a Lynk & Co 03; a debut that has been delayed due to a challenging year off track.

“I’m excited to be making my TCR UK debut. I am looking forward to driving the car, as from the limited running I have had, it just feels sensational to drive,” explained Bensley. “With more track time, I know it can be a consistent front-running machine. I’m looking to be on the pace for the finale, so that I can prepare for next year.”
