Alejandro Geppert joins TCR Europe in Barcelona

Spanish team Teo Martín Racing has confirmed a single-car entry for the final round of the 2022 TCR Europe at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya next week. The team will enter a Hyundai Elantra N for Alejandro Geppert, the 19-year-old driver from Madrid who has won four rounds of this year’s TCR Spain championship.

Geppert is currently in second place behind Isidro Callejas in the TCR Spain Drivers’ standings with one event remaining, which will also be held at the Circuit Barcelona-Catalunya over the weekend of November 12^th/13^th. With a potential 120 points on offer from the event’s three races, Geppert and Callejas are now the only two drivers able to win the title.
