Adam Kout returns for his third season in TCR Eastern Europe, once again racing a Hyundai Elantra N run by Janík Motorsport team.
After finishing third and second in the Drivers’ championship in 2023 and 2024, Kout has set his ultimate goal in clinching the title.
“My goal this year is definitely to win the championship. It would be a natural progression,” Kout said. “I need to improve if I want to achieve this. For example, my starts last season have not always been good, so there’s definitely room for improvement there.”
Kout represented Czechia in last year’s FIA Motorsport Games in Valencia, where he won the bronze medal.
“That was a very interesting experience. Since it was a single race weekend, the approach was quite different. The results in Sunday’s final race were crucial, and everything had to be adapted to that. But I think the bronze medal showed that our team did an excellent job and that we belong at such a high level of competition.”
