A pair of young Swedish drivers join TCR Denmark

TCR Denmark will welcome a pair of Swedish drivers in the last two events of the season, this weekend at Padborg Park and two weeks later at Jyllandsringen: Jonathan Engström and Anton Bergström.

The 20-year-old Engström, son of experienced Touring Car driver Tomas Engström, will sit at the wheel of a third Honda car run by TPR Motorsport, the Civic FK7 that had been previously driven by Dennis Lind at Jyllandsringen. Jonathan is facing his TCR debut as he prepares for his participation in the FIA Motorsport Games in October.

As for Bergström, who is also 20, he will be racing a Hyundai i30 N for Insight Racing on his return to the Danish championship after two full season campaigns with TPR Motorsport in 2022 and 2023.
