19 cars at Interlagos for TCR South America’s endurance race

The TCR South America championship resumes for the second event at Interlagos, where the Autódromo José Carlos Pace hosts the first of the two one-hour races included in the 2022 calendar that features a record field of 19 cars.
Compared to the season opener at Velocitta, PMO Racing expands its entries from two to four Peugeot 308 cars, while Scuderia Chiarelli adds a second Hyundai Elantra N car. 
After the races in Velocitta, Raphael Reis is the leader of the standings in the W2 Pro GP CUPRA Leon Competición, 11 points ahead of Fabrizio Pezzini and 30 of José Manuel Sapag who are both at the wheel of PMO Motorsport’s Lynk & Co 03 cars.
